If you connect a Meta or Instagram account, or if our tools use Meta APIs for authorized business research, we may process data returned by Meta, such as professional account names, usernames, profile biographies, public websites, profile pictures, public media metadata, captions, media URLs, permalinks, timestamps, follower counts, media counts, Page identifiers, and Instagram account identifiers. We do not ask for or store Instagram or Facebook passwords.

How we use information

We use information to provide our services, prepare website drafts, improve lead and website research, respond to inquiries, maintain security, debug systems, comply with platform rules, and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us run hosting, analytics, email, automation, storage, and development workflows. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, platform policy, or to protect our rights, users, and services.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or accounting reasons. You can request deletion of data connected to you or your Meta/Instagram account by following the instructions at vardvik.com/data-deletion.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information we hold about you. If you connected a Meta or Instagram account, you can also remove Vardvik from your Facebook or Instagram app settings.

We may update this policy as our services change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
