Request deletion
To request deletion of data that Vardvik has processed about you, your business, or your Meta/Instagram account, email hello@vardvik.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
What to include
Please include enough information for us to find the relevant records, such as your name, business name, email address, Facebook Page name, Instagram username, and a short description of the data you want deleted. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents.
What happens next
We will verify the request, delete or anonymize the relevant data unless we must keep it for legal, security, or accounting reasons, and reply when the request has been processed. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Remove Vardvik from Meta
If you connected Vardvik to a Facebook or Instagram account, you can also remove the connection in your Facebook or Instagram app settings. Removing the connection stops future access, and you can still email us to request deletion of stored data.
